We finally checked out La Creación Bistro at The Hub at Lexington and were so impressed! The atmosphere is beautiful and sophisticated, but still has that warm family feel. The Stuffed Plantain Cups with Pollo Criollo were absolutely incredible, and the service was top-notch. So happy to have this gem in Wesley Chapel!
My partner and I came here for date night and were blown away. The menu is so creative. We started with the Spicy Ahi Tuna Poke Nachos—which were a total standout—and followed up with the Filet Mignon Skewers. You can tell everything is made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. The atmosphere hits the perfect sweet spot between an upscale evening out and relaxed neighborhood comfort. 10/10.
If you are tired of the same old breakfast options, you need to come here. We ordered the Pancake Tacos and the Monte Cristo served on sweet Mallorca bread. The flavor combinations are absolutely genius! The bistro vibes are bright, welcoming, and perfect for a weekend morning. Paired with a couple of their handcrafted cocktails, it was the perfect Sunday.
